Advancing the Resilience Finance Agenda

City resilience is costly, but not nearly as costly as ignoring risks and dealing with the consequences.

The Resilience Finance Knowledge Exchange will bring together six cities pioneering integrated capital planning and resilience financing strategies to identify and document how cities can effectively scale resilience investments.By bringing cities together, the Exchange will create space for Chief Resilience Officers and city finance teams to exchange experiences, best practices, challenges and tools related to funding and financing resilience projects. Partners in finance and the private sector will share their insights into trends, current research and challenging.

This convening will be a key milestone as we advance the resilience finance agenda toward COP30 Belém.
